'Got stumps' getting in the way of a nice mowed lawn?

Stump grinding is done to completely remove unwanted stumps without the mess of digging up your back yard. In additional to simply being unsightly, stumps pose threats for structural damage. Tree stumps continue to grow after the tree is chopped down. Their roots can grow into water pipes, emerge above ground, and cause problems with fencing and cracking cement. If you plan on doing any construction, you may be required to remove any tree stumps from your yard.  Our equipment is small enough to maneuver through most fenced yards yet powerful enough to bust up almost anything.  We use tarps and plywood to protect your home while we work. Roots are hand dug and partially exposed from underground to ensure a clean result.  The tree stump is ground away to below grade. Stump grinding means there will be wood chips. We use barriers to keep them contained.  Some customers ask us to leave them for composting, and others ask us to rake it back into the hole. We’re happy to do whatever you ask!
